       Indoor Golf Scramble at The Leaderboard

    Introduction to a new event:

Warm up for outdoor golf with the West Michigan Ski Club by playing 18 holes of indoor golf at The Leaderboard. You do not need to be a member. Just show up at 9:45am with your clubs, and enter once they open. Pay John Carlson $20 CASH ONLY and sign your name on the pad ($15 goes to The Leaderboard and $5 goes to the winning team, however, if only a couple of people show up the entire $20 goes to The Leaderboard, there isn't a winning pot or scramble, we just play normal in teams). Teams are selected by drawing a playing card. Each Monday we will play a different golf course. The Leaderboard provides the balls and tees, you the clubs. Regular and alcoholic drinks may be purchased to enjoy while golfing. Afterwards, those who chose may meet up at a nearby restaurant for lunch.
This will be ongoing every Monday playing a different course each week until the weather allows us to begin playing at courses outdoors. We will also use this facility in case of rain outs during the seasonal weather.

Or email John at cybertaxi007@gmail.com.) Shirley Nevins is at 616-340-8586 for the outdoor golf once it begins, probably late April. The outdoor golf requires pre registration and tee times are prearranged whereas with the indoor scramble you just need to show up before teams are drawn on the weeks you choose.
